I am a first time user, how does the order process work ?
First click a product from the menu on the right hand side.
To order that product choose a quantity and click on the price next to it.
The product will now be placed in your shopping basket, where you can remove it from the basket or add other products by choosing them from the product menu.

From the Shopping basket you may place your order using a secure server (All you details will be encrypted). Some computers can not connect to the secure server so you may need to use the standard server to place your order.

At every stage during the order process you may cancel your order and return to the shopping basket. Once you have placed your order a receipt will be e-mailed to you.

Can I Fax my order ?
Yes, if you are unsure of the on-line order process you may fill out the order form details, print and then fax it to us. We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

What happens when I place my order ?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail direct to your stated e-mail address. Your order will be processed and you will be notified via e-mail when your goods have been dispatched, usually within 24 hours.

When will I receive my order ?
Most orders will be delivered within 10 working days of the order being confirmed.

What personal details do you keep ?
Where personal information is provided and prescription or restricted medicine is dispensed, All medical details will be held for 7 years pursuant to the Medicines Regulations Act 1984 (NZ) and the Pharmacy Act 1993 (NZ).
Any personal information will be held by IT Pharmaceutical Supplies Limited at 92 2nd Avenue Tauranga. You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 (NZ) to access and correct any information held by IT Pharmaceutical Supplies Limited.

Do you keep my Credit Card details ?
Every time you order you will need to re-enter your credit card details. Your credit card information is not stored on the Internet so it is not accessible by other Internet users.

How can I rely on the quality of your products ?
All our products are dispensed by IT Pharmaceutical Supplies Ltd, a registered New Zealand pharmacy. Product is sourced direct from reputable suppliers within the Pharmaceutical industry worldwide. We only provide quality products and do not use imitations.

Is your order service secure ?
Our secure server uses 40-bit key to encrypt your personal Information and protect it from prying eyes. Banks often use the same encryption method to protect their private information.

Are there any additional costs ?
All prices include packaging and post worldwide, there are no hidden costs and no separate consultation fees.

What currency do you charge my order in ?
All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars to your credit card. We have a currency converter online for your convenience.

Who processes my order ?
IT Pharmaceutical Supplies Ltd is a registered New Zealand Pharmacy. Employees of this pharmacy process the order which is overseen by New Zealand Registered Pharmacists who dispense All restricted and prescription medicines and answer any enquires.

What is your exchange policy ?
We will provide a replacement for any defective goods. All returned goods will be destroyed and are not for resale.

What is your refunds policy ?
We will make full refunds on defective products and recAlled products. Please note that once your prescription has been processed the sale is considered final.

How do I make a complaint or suggestion ?
